At Arivah Jewellery, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
1. Your Rights
All products are covered by Australian Consumer Law. This means if your jewellery is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.
2. Change of Mind
We understand tastes change! If you change your mind, you may be eligible for a store credit or exchange, provided:
Items are unworn and in original condition
Returned within 14 days of receiving your order
Proof of purchase is included
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at arivahjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us.
4. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return postage.
Always use a trackable method to ensure the item arrives safely.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds go to the original payment method.
Exchanges or refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or engraved jewellery (unless faulty) cannot be returned.
