2. Change of Mind

  • We understand tastes change! If you change your mind, you may be eligible for a store credit or exchange, provided:

    • Items are unworn and in original condition

    • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

    • Proof of purchase is included

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately at arivahjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us.

4. Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return postage.

  • Always use a trackable method to ensure the item arrives safely.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds go to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges or refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or engraved jewellery (unless faulty) cannot be returned.
